Calibra® Universal Self-fastening cement is a dual-curing, high-strength self-hardening cement consisting of two components that contains fluoride. Calibra® Universal combines aesthetic color design with a self-caustic adhesive, making it suitable for the permanent attachment of metal, metal-ceramic restorations, composite, ceramic inlays, onlays, crowns, bridges and root pins without the separate application of a melting and dentin adhesive system. Cured Calibra® Universal cement is essentially hydrophobic, which minimizes water absorption after curing, solubility and the occurrence of hygroscopic expansion.
